Petastic Terms of Service

Welcome to Petastic. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Petastic, Fureverpet, and related services powered by the Anymal Protocol. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Who We Are
Petastic is operated by SN2020, Inc. (dba Petastic), located at 360 NW 27th St, Miami, FL 33127. Certain onboarding services for shelters and rescues may be offered under Fureverpet.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or older if required by your local law, to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
3. Accounts and Registration
- Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for the security of your account and password. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Pet Data and Ownership
- You remain the owner of all data and content you provide about your pet.
- Petastic and Anymal do not claim ownership of your pet’s data.
- You grant us a limited license to process your data only to provide and improve the Services.
5. Powered by Anymal
Petastic is built on the Anymal Protocol, which provides secure, verifiable, and portable infrastructure for pet data. Use of Petastic may involve managing your pet’s records through Anymal as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Use of the Services
- You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the Services.
- Do not upload false, misleading, or harmful content.
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if use of the Services is harmful to others or to the platform.
7. Rewards and Tokens
Petastic may provide rewards, including Infinite Rewards, Kibble Points, or other incentives. These rewards are promotional in nature and have no guaranteed cash value. We may modify, limit, or discontinue rewards at any time. Additional program rules may apply.
8. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with third parties such as veterinarians, shelters, breeders, and product partners. We are not responsible for third-party services or content. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.
9. Intellectual Property
All Petastic trademarks, logos, software, and platform content, excluding your data, are the property of SN2020, Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided as is and as available. We do not make warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. Petastic does not replace professional veterinary advice. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for your pet’s health.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Petastic is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed 100 US dollars.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or misuse the Services. Upon termination, your right to access the Services ends, but you continue to own your pet’s data as described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will notify you by email or in the app. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue and jurisdiction for disputes will be in courts located within Delaware unless applicable law requires otherwise.
